Stefan -- here is an example of a Word 2013 .docx file that does not remember that 'Ignore All' command after closing and reopening. You have to take the attachment out of 'protective view' after opening to see the red squiggly lines under the misspelled words. Thanks.

Looking at your example file, I see that ignored grammatical errors won't be remembered if I save, close and reopen the document. However, things work (on my system) for ignored spelling errors.
