Default "Ignore All" Not Persistent After Close and Reopen

In Word 2013, I am having difficulty with the ‘Ignore All’ command when right clicking a word that Word has flagged as misspelled. The individual ‘Ignore All’ command does not stick after the document is closed and re-opened. However, if I go to Review | Spelling & Grammar, and there select 'Ignore All' on the flagged items, they stick after the document is closed and reopened. I have Word 2007 on another machine, and the individual ‘Ignore All’ command does stick after the document is closed and re-opened. Maybe this is new behavior for Word 2013?
