We are trying to put together a customer proposal that is a little more foolproof.
I need to have the customer name, address and contact information entered on page 1 and again on page 9. Is there a way to enter it once through a form or similar on page 1, and have it show up (mirrored) on page 9? As you might imagine, we see some of these go to prospects OUT OF SYNC, which is as a result of re-using the proposal form the last prospect. It doesn't create a good first impression! Thanks so much. -Scott |

For the purpose of repeating simple data, you can use the document properties found at Insert tab | Quick Parts | Document Property. Those properties are so-called mapped content controls which means that if you insert them in multiple places, you can edit any "copy" and the others will reflect the content you just added.
