To explain further what has been said, Word does not really understand "pages!" They really are not configured until it is printed.
I would urge you again to look into AutoText (Building Blocks). Automated Boilerplate Using Microsoft Word AutoText is the premier method to use for reproducing chunks of text in Word. If you format the first paragraph in each chunk to have a page break before, it will form a new page when inserted. Together with a userform, you could easily create a new document with the content you want and, if you want, print it. Create a Simple Userform |
