[almost OT] Charles, given your length of service and the fact you know an Alt+F combination when you see one <g> any idea where I can get a list of the pre-ribbon shortcuts? A few are burned into my motor memory, and very handy; others, since I'm only an occasional user, get me no farther than "You are using a shortcut from an earlier version – feeling lucky?" because of partial recollection.
I have an A3 sheet with (most of) the shortcuts for my usual environment, and find it so much faster not to have to stop and reach for the mouse. |

I usually use F1 (help) and type in "keyboard shortcut." From there I get this article in Word 2010. See Function Keys in Word 97-2013 for more ideas and links. You can create a list that includes your customizations using the ListCommands Word command under the macros dialog (in Word commands). That might be the source of your other document. |
