![]() Hi everyone, We have an executable program developed in Visual Foxpro. In the program we can export the report output to a templated MS Word file. We run the program in Win7 and WinXP and running the MS Office 2007 version. There is no problem and the report is exported and generated in MS Word without any problem. But when we install the .exe program in Windows 8 with an MS Office 2007 version (and later we use MS Office 2010), the program can still run EXCEPT that the report can not be exported in MS Word anymore as the File Save dialog box of MS Word automatically displays even if we did not activate it. The export of data to the MS Word file is then aborted and the report can not display. How do we DEACTIVATE the automatic display of this File Save dialog box when running the program in Windows 8 and using either the 2007 or 2010 versions. Thanks for the advice, Kim |
