What macropod is trying to tell you is that it is perhaps better to train your users to use the Tab key when in the last table cell to add a row rather than alter how the application works in one document.

Making a change so a row is added when the last row is entered might be possible, but it would not be trivial and could have side-effects that would be undesirable.
