On your smaller window, the one with the properties, resize the window to make it taller. Your folders will show up.

By the way, the command and dialog is named "Save As" not "Save To."

Thanks for the reply. I tried increasing the size with no change. Ref 'Save To' - That is what happens when frustration sets in :-)
