Default Docx to PDF: Exclude heading from TOC but include in bookmarks

I'm currently working on a document (docx, Word 2010, 64 bit Windows 7) and I'm using the headings for an automatically generated table of contents as well as automatically generated bookmarks. For conversion to PDF I'm using the Adobe Acrobat X Word plugin. I have to do that because the document used Adobe OTF fonts that will not be converted correctly with Word's own PDF converter.

Here's the issue: I want one of the heading appear as bookmarks, but NOT in the TOC. So far I have only managed to do it the other way round (in TOC, no bookmarks). Can anyone help?
