I have created a flowchart. I want to write a text above the line of flowchart. Kindly tell me how to write Text above the line in Shapes.

You will have to add a text box.

Specifically, unless you want lines, you will have to format the text box to have no line and no fill. Once you have one text box done you can copy it to other locations in your flowchart and change the text.
