I cannot figure this one out. I may need other software. My supervisor wants to set up our letterhead so that each department can choose their specific one with one key stroke. I did set up templates to be used in letterhead folder, but that doesn't seem to be what she wants. We have approx. 20 different departments some with different addresses and all with different phone numbers. Is this possible some other way???
