Thanks for your help guys!
Just to let you k ow that many of my word documents are pre 2007, so the solution above did not work for these particular documents. Instead i opened a new 2013 document, and cut and paste contents from old files.... into the new documents, and then saved as new 2013 document. This seems to work ok. Best Wishes, Dave |
