The document uses a dropdown formfield, coupled with forms protection. Simply select an item from the dropdown then tab out of the formfield. To see how it works, switch off the forms protection, and press Alt-F9 to expose the field codes. To see formfield's configuration, select it, right-click and choose 'Properties'.

Ok, I think I got it. But I don't understand why I need to push TAB after choosing an option to turn it on and show up the description. Anyway, you help me a lot. Thank you very much macropod!
