![]() I Work in a nursing home and have to print out menus for meals everyday. I have been hand writing the names of the residents on each page. I was wondering if there is a way I can set up a template to print the different names on each page. There is one meal per page and I have about 20 residents. The menus are sent to me in a word document. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks! |

This should be simple with a Mail Merge. You would simply prepare the list of name, in either Word or Excel and then merge them into your document by designating a place for the name in your Menu.

If you make a list of the names in, say, a Word table or an Excel workbook, you could use Word's mailmerge tools to turn the menu into a mailmerge main document and generate a personalised set of menus.
