Default MS Word Formatting and Template Help

I created an MS Word form using various tables to create an MLS-type document (similar to layout fo rreal-estate postings). I am trying to fine tune it so it can be used as a template.

Part of it includes a catalogue-type formatting with various items. I was hoping the tempalte would allow me to copy and paste to add more items and still be constrained to its size.

I was hoping it becomes a tempalte where one simply fill in information, add photos and details and complete the document.

Any suggestions on where I can find help? I have a docuemnt created already and just trying to give it tehse characteristics.

Thanks.
