JMO but, I believe the drawing tools used are from PowerPoint (or similar software) just by the way they are drawn. One clue is the first arrow (top/left) where the arrowhead goes behind the table (the arrowhead is cropped off just a bit). There are other indicatiors of that as well if you look real close (looks like none of the arrow lines are "one continuous line"...they are multiple lines placed together to appear as one line). I am not aware of any drawing tools in Word 2010.
