In Print View move your mouse pointer over the very top edge of the page. It should change into a double line like two half-boxes. Double click when it does this.
Alternatively, go to File>Options>Display and check the box before "Show white space between pages in Print view" See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/WhiteSpace.htm.
