Find/Replace, Duplicating a word in a sentence to hundreds of sentences.

Here are the exact strings:

selbox.options[selbox.options.length]=newOption(‘
Barbados
‘,’O’);
selbox.options[selbox.options.length]=newOption(‘
Belize
‘,’O’);

I need,

selbox.options[selbox.options.length]=newOption(‘
Barbados

‘,’Barbados’);
selbox.options[selbox.options.length]=newOption(‘
Belize
‘,’Belize’);

On another note, I also would like the line breaks to go away:

selbox.options[selbox.options.length]=newOption(‘Barbados‘,’Barbados’);
selbox.options[selbox.options.length]=newOption(‘Belize‘,’Belize’);
