Hopefully someone can help with this...
For years I have been very happy with Word 2002, but have now upgraded to 2007. I used to print a sheet of labels with our logo on it and then print singles with the customer address as I need them using the Tools>Envelopes & Labels and then simply saying which label I wanted to print (row/column)...so easy! I seem to remember starting with a standard label (Avery 8163) and printing the logo. I must have made some changes to it to accommodate the address location. But now, I can't figure out what I did in order to get the address to print below the logo, or even how to print individual labels with our logo and customer address. I only need to print one label at a time. It was so easy before...now it's a nightmare! Although I would prefer to do it the same way I always did, if I have to print each label individually, how would I be able to do that with the logo? I looked at the Avery website, but it was of little help to me. (They actually say the labels are only supposed to go through the printer once...what???) ![]() Any help would be appreciated. |

I don't remember this ever being easy.
See Insert logos /graphics on business cards and mailing labels by Graham Mayor. I would recommend creating your own template once you get it the way you want it. |

Well, I was able to insert the logo into a sheet of labels, however, I already had that and that's what I would print the whole sheet of labels from.
What I want to do is use that printed sheet, but using the label printing button, just print a single (preprinted) label and put one customer name on at a time, whether it's the first label in the first column, or the fourth label in the second column. I used to be able to do that and it lined up perfectly. I must have adjusted either the label size, or the pitch, or something in order for it to do that. It was many years ago when I did it and I just don't remember what I did and didn't think to look at it before the program was deleted from my computer. |

I agree with Charles it wasn't easy, but I think I used to do something like this with a table. Once I'd designed the table so that the cells lined up with the stationery, I'd add the graphic and the address in the appropriate cell each time I needed to print a label. An entiremy manual process, but it usually worked.
