Hi. I don't know if this is possible, but I am trying to create internal links in a Word document.
I have a document that will get used by many people (and saved with their individual names). There are values that they enter that will get copied from tables in the document to a table at the bottom, which will then average these values. I created a copy/paste link that works just fine, if it's the source document. However, when the document is changed and saved under a different name, it continues to search for the original source document. Is there a way to have a pasted link within your document that will only look for the link in that particular document, rather than searching for the data from outside? I hope this makes sense. Thank you, Marianne |
