Thanks charles. The thing is that I pretty much change the style for every document it is not a rigid system. sometimes i use white bullets sometimes blacks. it all depends on the information.
I have a work around at the moment whereby i do the first language on top and continue the second languge below then convert text to table for both and insert column to the left and then paste the one table side by side to the other. the problem is it is time consuming. also in the english side i add a few bullets of explanation so i have to start merging cells and moving data around. for some reason the numbers are not connected when i do it that way and it matches perfectly. its just the time issue. i was thinking of making some sort of macro to do it for me, but i dont know how to do it nor know anyone who could do it for me. is there a reason why word doesnt mess around the numbers when they have been made outside of the table? |
