As a long-time Word user, I understand the quirkiness of bulleted list. You always seem to end up with different indents for the same level bullets, although all (you think) you did was press the bullet list button on the tool bar. After all those years, I still haven't figured out a good way of "unifying" bulleted paragraphs, other than copying and pasting the "model" paragraphs to the rest.
