I would probably use Excel for this. I would use more meaningful bookmarks. I can't figure out what is wrong with your formulas, though. They look correct. I get your anomalous results. I refer you to MacroPod (Paul Edstein)'s treatise: Microsoft Word Field Maths Tutorial
