Not print Text Box Borders

Hi all,

I have a document that have various text boxes, I want to be able to view them on the screen with the borders on but when I print I do not want to see the borders on the paper, I am using 2007.

Also is there a way of tabbing to the next text box rather than having to click on each one??

Can anyone help.
