It is called Replace. Ctrl-H

Click on the More button.

Type your word into both the find and replace fields.

Click in the Replace field and under the Format button/menu, select character.

Select Bold or Underline (or both) and OK
These should now appear under the Replace field.

Click the button to Replace all.
