note: I'm on 2010, so where to find the Hyperlink command may be different. As far as I remember, though, the approach is the same.
  1. type in the hyperlink text Professional Roofing Specialists in Manchester
  2. select it
  3. select the Hyperlink command [from the Insert tab on the 2010 ribbon)
Make sure the link type in the left-hand column is "Existing file or web page"
  4. type the URL in the Address field
  5. click [OK]
Sometimes/if you're lucky Word may convert a recognisable URL into a hyperlink for you; I've not been lucky on this on, and don't know whether you would then be able to edit the link text.
