How would I make a drop down list that has a selection that doesn't print? I have a table that has 6 different drop down list. All of which will not be used all the time. When they are not used I would like for them not to print anything in that row/column. Any ideas of how to accomplish this?

I do not understand. Dropdown lists from a formfield have nothing to do with printing. Can you please clarify? What do you mean by "used"?

When you insert a drop down list from the developers toolbar it automatically inserts "choose an item". The "choose an item" will print when printing the doc.

By " used" I mean that the user may not need that particular drop down box. Therefore should be blank when printed.
