The letters are being generated from our code enforcement software. Basically we set up word templates which the software populates with info from the database record. The letters open as Word documents so I was hoping that I could alter the initial form in some way, since doing this within the code software will be cumbersome and require a whole bunch of expensive involvement of their tech support folks.
