In Word 2013 (and excel) there are several instances where icons are used in place of text options. For example, in the paste menu. I find this to be the single most aggravating update in 2013. I know I can hover over the icons, but is there anyway to just change icons back to text?

As far as I know, you can't change the icons back to text labels. :-(
