If possible could you attach an example made in your own word? (presuming that it's compatible - i'm using 2010 on a PC)

i really need it spelt out im sorry -

I just tried putting a decimal tab stop into a cell and it doesn't do anything.

I've attached an example of what i've done - the decimal tabs have been added to the cells containing information yet still the numbers are out of line.
