I think I may have found the issue. When I clicked "book fold" on the existing document it didn't display correctly, but when I set up a new document, set up as book fold and then copy and paste the contents of the existing document across, it seems to display it correctly.
I'll try printing that way, but if someone could confirm whether I'm doing the right thing I'd appreciate it
