Question Footer, text size .doc vs .docx problem

I have a document with a footer (pic) and got a problem when saving in .docx (word 2010)

The document were created as a template .doc, and when we try save same document as .docx, some text become bigger.

The code that's used {FILENAME \p \* MERGEFORMAT}

Could it be some trouble with the format or on the local computer, settings in word?

Thx
