3x1 Table: text in fields loses paragraph format when being bulleted

Hi All:



I need your help with what will likely be an easy thing for many folks out there, but unfortunately not for me.

I am inserting a 3x1 table in a word document (3 fields in one line).
I would like to have the text inside the fields bulleted.
However, when I bullet the text, it loses alignment: one table field shows it a bit above the other two fields.

I am attaching a picture and a word 2007 document with the table I want to create, before and after bulleting.

I want to avoid losing alignment of the fields when I bullet them.

Thank you very much for your help; been stuck for the past hour with this minor matter.

An easy fix. The basic problem is that it appears the same style is not employed in each cell.

Simply access the "Layout" tab at the top of your screen; highlight the table cells in question then select how you want them to appear (i.e., left-centered) by selecting the appropriate layout icon (from the set of 3 x 3 icons). Make sure you use the same "style" for each cell so that the space before/after is identical.
