Default Defining Printable Areas

I have a survey that is going to be given to users to fill out using Microsoft Word 2003.

The doc has 3 columns... the first column is a question that they have to answer, the second column is an example, and the third column is the area in whcih they will write their answer.

My question is how do I set the print area so that only the First and Third columns are printed and the third column resizes itself to fill the space of the second column when printed.

Currently i have this all just done in a table with 3 columns.

-Thanks!
