I would put what you want (convert) into a 3 column table with or without borders showing and save here as Example-1.doc

I would write a Macro to Delete Column 2, then Convert to Text for printing and save this in another file, Example-2.doc

If I did not want Example-1.doc to show as a table, then I would create another Macro to Convert the whole table into 3 columns and here save, for example, as Example-3.doc
