Windows 7 64bit Table of Content - Columns not working

Thanks Macropod

I will try and see if can muster the skill to re-format the TOC. Haven't tried that before, but there should be a tutorial somewhere.
If you don't hear from me again, it will be because I solved the problem. In any case, thanks a lot for your help
