Hi
Thanks for posting a sample document. I have opened the document using Word 2010 with no issues. This suggests you have an issue with the configuration of your version of Word 2010. Have you tried running a repair of your installation? If you have Word 2010 AND Word 2007 loaded then this MAY be an issue (it shouldn't be but it is possible). Tony
