![]() Appreciate your response. Checked the tutorial -- it's about converting a 2003 to a later version. I can't even open the documents I'm referring to because I don't have 2007 on my system any longer, so I can't resave in the docx format. I didn't have this problem until after I uninstalled 2007. I wonder if something happened (like to my registry settings) when I did the uninstall. I would think that there's an answer from Microsoft somewhere in cyberspace! I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Thanks for trying! |

Hi
Thanks for posting a sample document. I have opened the document using Word 2010 with no issues. This suggests you have an issue with the configuration of your version of Word 2010. Have you tried running a repair of your installation? If you have Word 2010 AND Word 2007 loaded then this MAY be an issue (it shouldn't be but it is possible). Tony |
