I maintain a computer in an assisted living community. That computer came with MS Word 11 installed. On occasion, in fact many occasions, people use Word 11 and change the looks of the workspace to their liking and when they leave the computer they leave Word 11 in that modified state. You can imagine what happens when a novice attempts to use the program. For instance, the ruler may be turned off and they are at a loss without the ruler. In these cases I get a phone call.
Is there a simple way to return Word to it's default ( out of the box) state. I will write an instruction for the operators to use. |
