You'd probably do better to create user accounts for each user and let them apply their own customisations, which they can keep. That way, no-one messes up what someone else prefers. For temporary users, a guest account that you delete & re-create periodically should keep everything clean, not only for Word but for everything else as well (aids privacy, too, as the users' files get deleted along with the account).
