Some possibilities:
- Is your Level 2 numbering set to "Restart list after:" Level 1? - For Level 3, when you did "Enter formatting for number", did you click Level 1 followed by clicking Level 2 in the "Include level number from" box? - you've formatted your numbers to have a period at the end - that's seems unusual. Maybe that's the problem (?)
