Hi everyone, if someone could pleas help me I would really appreciate it. I am writing multiple letters and each has a few sections which differs from the others. I am wondering if there is a way to have the main body of the letter remain the same and just have the different sections selectable from a dropdown box?
Ex. Thank you for your response, we will be sending out the blue (or red or yellow) widget to you on Friday (or Saturday or sunday) I am hoping that I can have the words in brackets selectable from a drop down box and have the rest of the text remain the same throughout all the letters. Thanks for any help you can give. |

You can use content control dropdowns for your variable text. They're accessible via the Developer tab. See, for example:
