I wrote this in the other post and at the risk of making another second post, I'll say it here too.....
Sorry for the cross post. I don't normally do that but I thought this this was such an obscure problem that a second post would increase the chances of an answer. I did read your cross posting etiquette post. It was very kind of you to state the case so graciously. I'll watch my "Ps & Qs" in the future.
