Default TOC -- Multiple TOC's how to update

I have created a recipe book in Word 2007. It has a main table of contents and a table of contents in each section (appetizers, main dish, dessert, etc..). The master was created by clicking Table of Contents under the Reference tab. I created the individual section TOC's by using a TOC field that refers to bookmarks (a bookmark for each section).

Seems to work ok. However.... when I move stuff around, say move one recipe above another --- multiple TOC's need updating.

My question is -- is there a way to update all the TOC's in the document without have to put my cursor on each one and press F9? It will become labor-intensive to have to do so.

Second question -- I understood that that all fields (including TOC's) update when you open them. My TOCs are not updating even though I have Update Automatic Links at Open checked in Settings.
