I opened the file went back over the steps, repeat, repeat, close file open repeat steps. That last footnote line just stayed no matter what I did.
I then wrote back to the forum, the person who replied (listed as an expert) said it was a bug.

I wound up writing "this page left intentionally blank" and pushed the last line to page 12. I wondered if it was a page break thing so I checked that...noooo I can't figure it out.

I am on national security system so if the attached file does not get to your let me know so I can move the file to the security group's computer used for sending stuff that is reasonable but gets deleted by our system.
