Hi BigDan, You could use Paste Special>Unformatted text, which removes all the source formatting and inserts the pasted content with whatever format applies to the insertion point in the target document. Alternatively, you could change Word's paste options, via Word Options>Advanced>Cut, copy & paste, to alter the way Word handles pasting between documents.
