Hi
What you need to do is to just select the text without using Ctrl+A as this will pick up the background which you say you dont want. Follow these steps: 1. Position your cursor just before the first word in your document that you want to start the copy from. 2. Enter Ctrl+Shift+Down Arrow (this will select the first paragraph). 3. Continue entering Ctrl+Sift+Down Arrow for as many paragraphs as you have in your document. 4. Enter Ctrl+C to copy the highlighted text. 5. Enter Ctrl+N to open a new document. 6. Enter Ctrl+V to past the contents into the new document without the background. You could do a test first to see how it works by just select a few paragraphs. Good luck. Tony |
