Try an ordinary Find/Replace, where:
Find = ,Reading,^#^#^#^#-^#^#-^#^#,I Speak clap
Replace = nothing

Or:

Try a wildcard Find/Replace, where:
Find = ,Reading,[0-9]{4}-[0-9]{2}-[0-9]{2},I Speak clap
Replace = nothing
