I'm trying to open pictures but it keeps popping a File Conversion and some jargons that I don't understand. I checked the Word Options/Advanced/General to ensure Confirm file format conversion on open is not checked so I don't know why it keeps popping the File Conversion window. I must have pressed something.

Can anybody please help me?

It sounds like you are trying to open a file that has a format that Word does not recognise. If this is the case there is no fix. Can you advise what format/source application the file you are trying to open is in?

I just found a solution few minutes ago. I right clicked the file, Properties and set-it up to correct format
