Hi
This has worked for me in the past. 1. Press the SHow/Hide button on your toolbar in order to display all the control characters in your document. 2. Press Ctrl+A to select the whole document. 3. Press Ctrl+Shift+Left Arrow (this has the effect of deselecting the last paragraph mark in your document which contains all of the formatting of your document. 4. Press Ctrl+N to create a new document. 5. Press Ctrl+V to paste your text into a new document. 6. Save your document and then check the file size. Hope this helps. Good luck. Tony |
